1. What Yoogle is

Yoogle is a classified-ads platform. We provide the space for buyers and sellers to connect — we are not a party to any transaction, and we do not own, inspect, or guarantee any item listed.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for spam or fraud.

3. Listing rules

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and genuinely available.
Prohibited: illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit currency sold as genuine, stolen property, adult content, and anything that violates Indian law.
Each listing is reviewed before publishing. We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Listings are free. Misleading pricing or bait-and-switch tactics will lead to removal.

4. Buying safely

Always verify the item before paying. Meet in safe public places for local deals.
Yoogle does not handle payments and is not responsible for losses from any transaction. Never share OTPs, bank details, or passwords with other users.

5. Content rights

By posting a listing, review, or message, you grant Yoogle a non-exclusive right to display that content on the site. You confirm you own or have rights to the photos and text you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post spam or misleading content; scrape the site; attempt to hack or disrupt the service; harass other users; or use the platform for anything unlawful.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

8. Liability

Yoogle is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from transactions between users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
